Where We Rise BY Lifting Others

Currently living in Kansas City, MO. with her husband and three boys and baby girl. At an early age, she fell in love with competitive cheerleading and that love never ended. She began All Star cheering at 5 years old finishing the All Star chapter at 18 years old. Traveling locally and to distant competitions eventually leading her to take the summer before college joining the staff with UCA (University Cheer Association). Earning a scholarship to cheer at MWSU. Eventually, beginning her career and starting a family. Currently, Alanna recently was a cheer coordinator for NSYFL and Parkville Vikings Youth Cheer, taking joy in building a stronger slide line cheer appearance. She states her "favorite thing about All Star cheering is that it's more than the glitter and bows but also basic ways of life to make them better young women and men, creating strong bonds of friendships that last and even stronger skills in tumbling/stunting/jumping/cheering." Spending many years on the mat.

Born and raised in Kansas City, MO. and currently living with her husband Chris, cat Scarlet, and dog Loki. Her passion for cheer started when her memaw enrolled her and started bringing her to practice when she was just four. She competed locally and nationally with the Activstars program through high school, all the way up until she was eighteen. From there Alexis started college but her passion for cheer didn't stop. She transitioned to coaching cheer alongside school. After graduating college, she continues coaching alongside her career to this day. Her favorite thing about coaching is seeing the young women and mens smiles when they are proud of what they put on the mat. She also loves seeing the friendships built in practice and those relationships turning into lifelong friendships off the mat. Cheer is her full-time passion and she wants to spark that passion in others as her coaches did for her.
